A: We do not need any information that is sensitive. We’ll require, though, the login information for your present hosting account along with the name of the site that you wish to transfer.

A: In order for us to start the transfer of your hosting account, you must already have an account with us. Opening an account with us requires that you to share virtually the same details you have provided to your previous web hosting provider. We also have a very strict Privacy Policy, which specifies how delicate data is used.

A: While we transfer your web site, it will be available both in your web hosting account with us and in your account with your former hosting provider. A: Nope. We’ll never touch base with your web hosting provider about anything at all. They won’t be aware of the website transfer either.

A: We support all Linux–driven web hosting platforms. Essentially, if we can get access to your Control Panel, we’ll be able to migrate your site.The only platforms that we do not support are closed–source site management platforms such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
